Douglas Clark, SPPA, AIC, AINS, CPAU

Douglas brings more than a decade of experience in the property damage and insurance claims space, including nearly ten years working for a Fortune 500 mutual insurance company as a national catastrophe adjuster. In that role, he evaluated a wide range of residential, commercial, and multi-family property losses, gaining firsthand experience with claim handling practices, estimating standards, and the practical challenges that arise following a loss.

This background provides a broad perspective on how property damage claims are evaluated, documented, and resolved. Over time, Douglas recognized the importance of clear communication, accurate documentation, and professional representation in helping claims move forward efficiently and equitably. That understanding ultimately led to the formation of DENCO Claims Consulting.

Today, Douglas works with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carriers in a variety of capacities, including claim consulting, estimate preparation and review, and insurance appraisal matters. His approach is grounded in experience, documentation, and technical analysis, with an emphasis on professionalism and respect for the roles and obligations of all parties involved.
